Our programs offer an enriching environment where children can master English while fostering independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love for learning. Each course is meticulously designed for specific age groups to ensure every child receives the perfect blend of education and fun.
Acceptance of Terms
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Services Provided
Polyglots Playhouse offers educational programs designed to help children learn English. These programs are offered in both physical spaces and online platforms.
Eligibility
Our Services are available to individuals who are 18 years or older. Parents or guardians must provide consent for their children under the age of 18 to use our Services.
User Accounts
Account Creation
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Services. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you and your children. By using our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
Payment And Refunds
Payment Terms
Fees for our programs are payable in advance. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of enrollment.
A. 14-day right of withdrawal
Under French consumer law (art. L221-18 of the Code de la consommation), you have 14 calendar days from the date of online registration to withdraw without giving a reason. We refund the full amount — including any registration fee — within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. If classes have already started during this window with your explicit consent, we deduct the prorated cost of attended sessions only.
B1. Term programs (32-session school year)
Term-program prices are quoted for the full 32-session course. To cancel mid-year, send written notice (email to info@polyglotsplayhouse.com or registered letter) at least one month in advance. You pay for sessions attended plus the one-month notice period; remaining sessions are refunded pro-rata.
B2. Holiday workshops (fixed-date camps)
Once the 14-day withdrawal window has passed, the following tiers apply:
- 14+ days before workshop start: 100% refund
- 7–13 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before: No refund — seat may be transferred to another child
B3. Individual lessons (1-on-1)
A single lesson can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice; lessons cancelled later are forfeited. For package or monthly-billed cancellation: unused lessons are refunded; lessons already used are recalculated at the standard per-lesson rate (no package discount on partial use). One-month written notice applies to monthly billing.
C. Always-refundable circumstances
- Medical reasons — prorated refund with a doctor's note
- Polyglots-side cancellation (insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailable, force majeure) — 100% refund or credit at your choice
- Documented family relocation more than 50 km from Versailles — prorated refund with proof of address change
D. Non-refundable items
- Registration fees once the 14-day withdrawal window has expired
- Materials and resources already delivered
How to send a cancellation notice
Email info@polyglotsplayhouse.com with the parent's name, child's name, program, and effective date — or send a registered letter (lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception) to our Versailles address. We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.

Use Of Services
Permitted Use
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our Services.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software) provided as part of our Services are owned by Polyglots Playhouse and are protected by intellectual property laws.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polyglots Playhouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from
- (i) your use or inability to use our Services;
- (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our Services and/or any personal information stored therein;
- (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services;
- (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Versailles, France.
Changes To Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our Services after any modification signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
