What's the difference between Holiday Workshops and Language Workshops?

How long is a term for after-school programs?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on every online registration (full refund, no reason needed). After that: term programs require 1 month written notice and remaining sessions are refunded pro-rata; holiday workshops follow a tiered refund (100% if cancelled 14+ days before start, 50% between 7–13 days, 0% within 7 days); individual lessons need 24 hours notice. Medical exemption with a doctor's note. Full terms in our Terms & Conditions §6.
